Early Morning Cravings #3

Ah yes, time for some early morning cravings yet again. Simple yet oh-so effective, you can never ever go wrong with some fried chicken and chips, like ever :)

Let's see what we have here:

  1. Crunchy Fries
  2. Fresh salad
  3. Something in between Popcorn chicken and chicken nuggets
  4. Of course your condiments, garlic sauce and ketchup

I also recently found out some really disturbing news, apparently in Australia, you have to pay extra for ketchup at food outlets :O Wow, oh the horror. I loves me some ketchup, I really do, it is a fact of life. There are certain foods that just require some good old tomato ketchup on it to make it more palatable. This is just another reason to thank God that I live in Trinidad and Tobago, where on any given day of the week, I can pass in a KFC outlet, buy a simple portion of fries, and then proceed to take a week's worth of ketchup from their condiment stand :) Oh sweet, sweet T&T ^_^

My most favourite and fulfilling hobby: Paper Craft!!!

LILLA WENEDA - Paper Crafted Model

This right here, is my mini masterpiece :)

Is it not amazing what you can make with paper, glue, and imagination?

This is one of the things that indeed brings extra joy in my life. I love paper craft projects. I love the idea of creating amazing realistic looking models from paper, glue, and my bare hands. I love that it makes me feel like a surgeon manipulating these tiny parts and putting the pieces of the puzzle together. The feeling of accomplishment after slaving over a project for months is like that of no other. If only I could turn this venture into a profitable one, I def would quit my day job, and be a completely contented human being ^_^

This particular Lilla Weneda project took me several months to do. I started and took several months break in between with school and whatnot. I ended up finishing it just in time for my faculty's very first Art Gala (pictured is my craft on display at the exhibition). It was the most extensive project I took on and I was very happy at the result :)

Currently working on another project, a motorbike, it is ten times more difficult than the first motorbike I made so I'm not sure if I will stick with it, given these rotations I'm going through does not give me much free time, but will update soon so stay tuned yall ^_^
